Site Prep: We will assess your desired location of your TV's mounting bracket and make certain the wall structure is secure for TV mounting.

Bracket installation: We will install your pre-purchased mounting bracket to your standard wood or drywall wall.

Mount television: Once the bracket is secured to the wall, we will mount your flat-panel TV on the bracket.

Connections: We will hook up your video components like cable box, DVD player, etc. and plug everything in so you will be ready to start enjoying your custom installed TV.

Wire management: We will conceal audio and video cables in your standard frame wall (1 wall bay). If your wall will not allow wire fishing, we will provide an paintable wire molding to conceal wires.

Satisfaction Guaranteed: We will confirm that everything is functioning properly and make sure you're totally satisfied with our service.

Scheduling: If expedited service is not purchased, your installation appointment will be scheduled to be completed within 7 days of purchase.

I was concerned about setting up and install with a website, but after talking with the sales person I realized that their sales staff also had installation backgrounds instead of just reading off a website.  This was really helpful because they asked all the right questions. My install looked exactly like I wanted and integrated with my equipment seamlessly.  It was also helpful that their mounts and cables were priced better than their competition.  I would highly recommend them.
